Review: The staff at this store is so kind and helpful. We needed to buy some power tools today and couldn’t find an available associate until we went to the paint counter. Gabe offered to help us immediately even though he was not super familiar with the area we were in. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us get all the tools and accessories we needed for our project! Thanks so much Gabe! We love Lowe’s!

Review: The store has impressed me enough to leave a new review. The manager Sharita treated kindly and fairly on a problem I had. Employee Adrian also worked hard to help. The young girl at customer service was impeccable. Sorry I didn't get her name.I have not complemented very many stores lately. I hope it continues. Thanks for the help.

Review: I’m actually really upset and disappointed. I had my front exterior and storm door replaced. The install went well however they don’t inform you that they will take your existing trim and replace it with raw, bare unfinished wood. And it’s an eye sore.The original trim located around my door was only a year old and it was just painted. I have to save up money again to have someone come out and replace the trim around my door.If you use Lowe’s to have your door installed.Be aware of what the technician is planning on doing. Unless you tell them they will take your outside trim and replace it with raw, bare unfinished wood. And it’s an eye sore. Summit needs to have more mindful technicians working for the company. Because I’m Pissed! About the work that was completed to my door. Total cost was 1600 and that’s not chump change. My trim could have been reused around my new door.

Review: They had exactly what I needed when I needed it. Rating 4 stars because the store is kinda hard to navigate when you don't shop here on the regular. The employees helped me to find what I needed and they were kind and friendly. The best part was not having to wait in line to check out (Speedy checkouts are always a plus!!).

Review: Horrible experience today. I don’t think I have experienced this at any Lowe’s (I definitely will not be back to this location). We came to buy tile today and need assistance pushed the help button to wait for assistance…. Heard crickets for the next 5-10 minutes. I talked to my wife “has anyone come by on your end.. nope”, pushed the button again.. same scenario. Now I’m pissed, at least give me the common courtesy for a response. I see employees walking around, jaw jacking about football. I walked to the cash register area spoke to an employee he was nice to ask if I needed any help I said I did in the flooring department “I’ve pushed the button for services” he act like he didn’t hear it over the loud speaker”. Anyone, I thought he helped me out but again no one shows up. So In short. I won’t be coming to this Lowe’s. Horrible experience won’t be back. 2 stars because at least the young employee acknowledged.
