Review: We just got home from our first Spring visit to TLC. This has become a family tradition. For the past 7 years I have been buying my Geraniums here. They are always great quality plants that are much larger and healthier than ones you get at big box stores. I also love their vegetable plants. We bought several for our greenhouse at great prices. They also carry some fun/funky planters that I love and their classes are really helpful. The environment of TLC is relaxing, I could spend hours in there. The employees are always helpful and polite and the pricing is fair for the quality that you are getting. We have NEVER had to return a plant purchased from TLC.

Review: I visited their place to buy Fox Farm soil and some soil amendments, as they have the lowest prices for soil in the city. However, the plants were overpriced. I walked through the aisles for hours trying to find something worth the price, but I could not. All I bought was about $50 of soil, and I was happy with my purchase. I would have been happier if I could have bought some plants as well.P.S.: After my visit, I thought maybe my expectations were too high. So I visited Lowe's afterward; they had more expensive soil but pretty cheap and healthy plants (fewer options than TLC).

Review: This experience inspires me to make Happy Plants OKC my only plant shop. I’ve been shopping here for more than four years but mostly, we go to the one on Northwest Expressway. I’ve had to return 2 plants in all that time for issues like yellowing leaves, root rot, etc. The store on Expressway has always been excellent and exchanged the plant. It even says on their receipt that they guarantee their plans for 90 days. Today was not the same story. I had an orange marmalade philodendron that was beginning to die. I purchased it about 10 days ago. I had already cut 2 dying leaves. I walked in with the plant, expecting them to not give me any kind of trouble or pushback. Instead they were reallyrude and acted like I was asking for the world. My spouse and I spend a lot of money on house plants, mostly from TLC. Since Happy Plants opened, we go to TLC less and lessand now we will never go back. We had a problem with one of their plants and not only did they let us keep the plant, but they also gave us a store credit for it. It was severely damaged but we saved it and they still gave us store credit. We will exclusively buy from them now because of this experience. The cherry on top was the employee asking me did I repot the plant? I said yes, and assumed it was obvious since it was in a clear plastic pot. I said can I have my pot and the employee said where am I going to put this plant? I was thinking I don’t know in one of the probably hundreds of nursery pots you have in the store. Truly unbelievable. There’s too many options to be treated this way.

Review: Donna was amazing!!! By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a plant store!! I usually go to Lowe’s but will come back because of Donna!!! She knew more about plants than anyone I’ve ever talked to!! Even more than I’ve found on the internet!!! Highly highly recommended, ask for Donna if you have any major questions!!!
